AeroBlast Products, Inc. was founded in 1981 in response to the need for an alternative deflashing method in the rubber, plastics, electronics and metal deburring industries. Abrasive blasting, using sand or glass bead caused damage to parts; chemical cleaning created a hazardous working environment; and less abrasive systems such as dry-ice were messy and costly. The plastic blasting media AeroBlast began offering was safe for operators and parts, provided superior finishing at a much faster rate, and was reusable for a more economical solution.
